Rescue Crewman on the Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter Meet the Pilots and crew and tour the operations base at La Perouse followed by a session on our simulator where you will experience what it is like to rescue someone using a helicopter winch. 

You will be shown through the rescue helicopter, Lifesaver 1, and given a full demonstration about what we carry on board, followed by a safety briefing. 

Then, to finish off, an unforgettable 20 minute flight from Botany Bay up the coast to Sydney Heads and then into Sydney Harbour up to the Opera House and over the top of the Harbour Bridge before turning back towards the Heads and back down the coast before landing.
